Why I Do What I Do

I'm Ethan. I live in Qingdao, China — the city that produces over one-third of the world's hats and a major hub for textile manufacturing. I grew up surrounded by this industry, watching factories turn yarn and fabric into products shipped to every corner of the globe.

After years working in export trading companies, I realized something: most overseas buyers pay too much — not because Chinese factories are expensive, but because there are too many middlemen taking their cut. Trading companies, agents, brokers — each layer adds cost without adding value.

So I went independent. I work directly with factories I know and trust, and I pass the savings to you. No company overhead, no sales commissions, no padded invoices. Just honest sourcing from someone who treats your products like his own.

Every factory I recommend, I've visited in person. I've walked their floors, met their teams, and inspected their output. No factory goes on my list without a physical visit.
